We want your cookies to arrive as fresh as possible after we bake them for you! We ship on Mon, Tue, Wed to minimize the chance that your cookies are held over at a facility or sit on a truck over the weekend.

How fresh are the cookies when they arrive?

Our cookies are baked to order and shipped per the shipping schedule noted above. Your cookies arrive within 1-3 days of shipping depending on location. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed in its own package to maximize freshness and packed in a rigid mailer box with filler to protect them while in transit.

Do you have any allergen/ingredient info?

Our cookies are made in a kitchen that contains nuts/gluten/dairy/eggs/soy.

What is your return/refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong cookies, please contact us at orders@cookiestotherescue.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the cookies and packaging and your order number. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
