Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within New York only.

Ship Days & Order Cutoffs We ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure your cookies arrive fresh. Order cutoffs are as follows:

• Monday shipment → Order by Saturday at 12:00 PM ET
• Tuesday shipment → Order by Sunday at 12:00 PM ET
• Wednesday shipment → Order by Monday at 12:00 PM ET

Orders placed after a cutoff will ship on the next available ship day.

Processing Time Orders are baked to order in small batches before your scheduled ship day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS after shipment.
