All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders We take great care in packaging every order. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping provider. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at orders@cookiestotherescue.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us at orders@cookiestotherescue.com.
